Contractor Bid Pro LLC offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on Contractor Bid Pro Hub subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all orders. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and locate your order using the email used at checkout, or
  2. Contact our support team through the in-app help channel and we'll forward the refund request to Paddle on your behalf.

Refunds are typically credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Renewal refunds

If you forget to cancel before an automatic renewal, contact us within 14 days of the renewal date and we will, in most cases, process a full refund of the renewal charge, subject to Paddle's review.

Subscriptions and cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access to the Service until the end of your current paid billing period.
